~ How long do your online programs run? Our comprehensive courses run over a traditional school year, providing a full year of immersive learning.

Technology & Learning Format

~ What are the technical requirements for the courses? Because our online classes are designed for high engagement and real-time knowledge transfer, reliable, high-speed internet access is required for a successful experience.

 

~ How do you keep online learning engaging? We move beyond static lectures. Our classes are built on interaction, using collaborative tools and active-learning strategies to ensure students stay connected to the instructor and their peers.

Grading & Certification

~ How is student progress tracked?

• High School: Students receive formal letter grades and detailed, qualitative feedback on their work.

• Middle School: Students receive regular feedback. Additional detailed reporting is available upon request.

 

~ Do students receive certificates?

• High School: All students receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing a course.

• Middle & Elementary School: Certificates are not issued automatically but are happily provided upon request.

Enrollment & Refunds

~ What is your refund policy? We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we offer a prorated refund for online class cancellations made within the first month of the program. We are unable to offer refunds for Grab-and-Go Study Packs or Explorer Kits.

~ Do you offer any tuition discounts? We offer a 10% discount for:

• Siblings enrolling together.

• Families enrolling a single student in multiple courses.
